Yesterday, our London grads visited Bloomberg. ✨ Future-focused learning is particularly important to us, which is why the session centred around AI at Bloomberg and the wide range of opportunities it offers. Our grads gained plenty of valuable takeaways and practical features they can start using straight away, helping to support their research going forward.

In April, two of our graduates had the opportunity to play an active role in organizing Berenberg’s prestigious Single Family Office Conference and the subsequent Direct Investment Day at The Fontenay in Hamburg, assisting with everything from the preparatory work to the follow-up. In doing so, they were not only able to get a behind-the-scenes look at an exclusive event but also gained valuable insights and expanded their professional experience in a challenging environment.

At Girls’ & Boys’ Day 2026 at Berenberg’s Hamburg headquarters, 40 participants got a behind-the-scenes look at the bank, took part in workshops, enjoyed pizza together, and tested their knowledge in a quiz at the end. A thoroughly successful day ✨

Yesterday evening, we hosted an in-house event at our Frankfurt office together with the FS Real Estate Initiative of Frankfurt School. Around 50 students gained valuable insights into the real estate sector. The subsequent networking session led to many engaging conversations and meaningful connections. We recently visited a school in Hamburg with the Hacker School to teach students about programming. Our IT experts showed them the exciting world of coding and helped them to develop their own programmes. It was a valuable opportunity to share knowledge and give something back to society.

Premiere for Berenberg’s Winter Wonderland 🎅 Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome the children of our employees to our new headquarters for the very first time. In a festive atmosphere, they enjoyed Christmas Song Bingo, gingerbread baking, craft activities, a keepsake photo with Father Christmas, and a Winter Wonderland goodie bag to finish. The excitement was huge! ✨

On 1st October 2025, we were delighted to welcome 13 new graduates to our Investment Bank Graduate Programme and 6 graduates who joined our Wealth and Asset Management and Corporate Banking Graduate Programme. At the end of each moving day, we ended the evening together on the 10th floor 🌇. With drinks and snacks, we were able to not only toast, but also enjoy the sunset from our roof terrace. A great way to end the day!

A big thank you to all our volunteers who joined the Charity Gardening & Running Day yesterday in support of our charity partner Haven House Children's Hospice. One team spent the day gardening to create a welcoming space for children and families, while the runners took on a 15km run from the office to Haven House – incredible effort from everyone! 👏✨

At the end of Induction Week, all our apprentices and dual students took to the water together – dragon boat racing required team spirit! In bright sunshine, they paddled, laughed and cheered each other on until everyone was moving in sync.🚣‍♂️ It was an all-round successful day that was not only fun, but also created many wonderful shared memories.

As facilitators, we supported a group of participants in the Investment Game, shared insights into our career paths with them🚀 and also answered their questions about how it is to work in the City of London.
