For our Shipping division in Hamburg we are looking to hire an
Account Manager, Shipping
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the client onboarding process for corporate shipping clients in Greece / Western Europe while being in direct daily contact with the client
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business as integrative and substantial part of the shipping team: account management, international payments incl. cash management, management of deposits as well as financial products, guarantees or conditional payments, all in the industrial environment of the operational shipping and maritime banking activities of our corporate shipping clients
Who are we looking for?
- Successfully completed apprenticeship scheme as a banker and/or gained experience in corporate banking and/or in the shipping industry
- High standard of oral and written English, German and/or Greek beneficial, but not a must
- Excellent service orientation in an international professional business environment
- Eager to learn from the international shipping team and grow into the next level of responsibility
- Open-minded and passionate about problem-solving, while being able to working in a fast-paced environment
- Structured, goal-oriented approach with high quality standards
- Passionate team player
- Very good communication skills
