For the Digital Transformation team in Hamburg we are looking to hire a:

Robotic Process Automation Developer / Consultant*

Your role in the team:

Join a dynamic team in our London office as an RPA Developer/Consultant in the Digital Transformation team. We are a small, agile team dedicated to transforming banking processes through digital innovation. 
Our mission is to deliver world class automation solutions to our business partners using tools such as UiPath, VBA, Python, Qlik and the Power Platform (BI, Automate, Apps). 
In this role you will have the opportunity to lead workshops, analyse and optimise existing processes and drive the development and implementation of automation at Berenberg. You will also take care of the infrastructure related to UI Path, including regular updates, patches, and migrations.
You will also act as the first point of contact for RPA-related issues and play a key role in improving our automation platform by staying at the forefront of technological advances.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the way Berenberg works, collaborating with teams across the bank while contributing to our commitment to excellence and innovation.

What will you do?
  • Develop and implement process automations using UiPath
  • Conducting workshops to analyse existing processes and develop optimizations for several departments
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and serve as the main RPA contact at Berenberg
  • Monitor, improve and maintain the technical infrastructure for our automations
  • Stay on top of the latest technologies and investigated their fit and potential for Berenberg

Who are we looking for?
  • Strong knowledge of UiPath, with preference for Advanced Developer Certification (UiARD)
  • Completed studies or vocational training in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related IT field
  • Experience in process automation using UiPath and familiarity with other tools like Python, VBA, Power Platform, or Qlik Sense
  • Ideally, professional experience in the banking sector, international companies, or management consulting, with proficiency in English (German is a plus)
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, strong teamwork abilities, and a motivated, intellectually curious mindset
