The new office tower, which offers a total of 19,200 m² of rental space and has an inviting, ground-floor entrance, sets a striking and forward-looking accent in the ‘office in a natural environment. With its modern architecture and functional design, the building sets new standards not only visually, but also in terms of working comfort and efficiency.

Focus on flexibility
State-of-the-art office space extends over twelve floors, offering space for individual workplace concepts thanks to flexible floor plan solutions. This flexibility allows us to design the offices according to the specific needs of our employees. The transparent façade provides bright, light-flooded rooms and offers an impressive panoramic view of the city on the upper floors, which not only improves the working atmosphere but also promotes the productivity, creativity and well-being of employees.

All Berenberg employees under one roof
The move to this new building gives us at Berenberg the opportunity to fundamentally change and further develop our working environment. This means not only a spatial change, but also a fundamental reorganisation of our working environment. By finally being able to bring all our colleagues in Hamburg together under one roof, we are promoting direct dialogue and collaboration. This proximity and interaction is supported by open and flexible room concepts that more than fulfil the requirements of a modern working environment.
A key aspect of this new working environment is the modern and flexible design of the workstations and the general working environment. Depending on the work situation and specific tasks, employees can book the appropriate space and thus work flexibly. This enables efficient utilisation of the office space and supports different ways of working, be it concentrated work in quiet areas or collaborative work in open, communicative spaces.

Tasteful all round
A bonus of the new office tower is the in-house staff restaurant on the ground floor, which ensures all-round good catering. Here, employees can choose from a variety of freshly prepared dishes every day. This offer not only contributes to employee satisfaction, but also encourages social interaction during breaks, which is very important to us, and the food is subsidised by the employer. The move to the new building is planned for September 2025 and marks a significant step in the further development of our working environment and corporate culture.
