Your programme starts with a four-week induction that introduces you to the business and our unique approach to banking. It is a great opportunity to get to know the other graduates on the programme, come face-to-face with senior business leaders and build a valuable network of contacts across the bank.

With a series of training workshops in everything from Excel to Financial Modelling, teamwork and presentation skills, you will also start to develop the core skills that will stand you in good stead throughout your career.

Over 12 months, you will experience a series of rotations across every part of our Equities and Investment Banking businesses. From contributing to company and sector research, to supporting Sales teams and working on high profile Investment Banking projects, you’ll be an active member of each team. So, you will have the chance to voice your opinions, do real work and genuinely make your mark.

Then, towards the end of the programme, we will sit down with you to mutually decide on the right career direction for you.

We believe that the best way to develop your talents is to get hands-on and do things. That is why we incentivise our managers to involve graduates in high level, high impact, high profile work. So, whatever teams you join, you’ll be encouraged to take early responsibility, make your own decisions and be an active member of the team.

Throughout your programme and beyond, you will have extensive development support from managers, colleagues and the Human Resources team. This includes access to a range of online and offline training resources.
