Being responsible for a team
No matter if you already have leadership experience or just came into the role, we support you in your function as a manager at Berenberg. We believe in never stop learning. That's why we have developed our own in-house group training and tailored offers for our managers to support them in the best possible way on their leadership journey and to build a network within the bank. You can choose from a wide range of options - all based on your individual needs and your personal development plan.

Our Women's Network
It was important to us to create a platform where women can meet, exchange and learn from each other at eye level - across the bank at all levels. The Berenberg Women's Network has been running successfully since 2019 and has become a popular event that covers areas such as keys to career success, how to focus on own strengths and promote them or how to network effectively. We create an open space where you can hear more about the experiences and careers of your colleagues in the company. And finally, the sessions will take place per cohort four times per year at different Berenberg locations as we believe in the power of Networking!
