Since we opened our Equity Capital Markets division in 2018, we have built a strong track record of raising capital on US exchanges. By leveraging our global network of institutional investors and deep corporate relationships, we have raised over $28 billion for 72 corporates. BCM continues to expand the breadth of our Sales, Trading, and Investment Banking services it offers to better assist its institutional and corporate clients’ access to global equity markets.

Our traders on our New York trading desk provide access to North American markets for clients in the USA, Canada, and Europe. Our team delivers advice, liquidity, and execution to the largest and most sophisticated institutional clients, covering all areas of equity trading, including block trading, algorithmic trading, risk arbitrage/event driven trading, ADR/local trading, and conversions. Our trading team members have over 20 years of experience and are experts in the challenging small and mid-cap equity (SMID) space.

Our US Investment Banking team offers thoughtful advice to partners across the globe and provides access to capital through pre-IPO rounds, IPOs, follow-ons, convertible bonds, ATMs, or other structured equity solutions. Our coverage bankers possess deep industry knowledge and our equity capital markets professionals have experience executing complex US equity transactions. The team shares a commitment to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout their journey, building the businesses of the future.

With a mix of highly experienced senior professionals and up-and-coming talent, our equity sales team has two main roles. First, to distribute our best-in-class research content and corporate access product to North American institutional investors. Second, to commercialize our Research Department. With sales teams in the most important financial centers across North America, they deliver insights, access and broader context to a wide range of investors.
