We believe that internships are a fantastic opportunity for everyone involved. Our interns can apply their theoretical knowledge and experience to a real project while taking their first steps into the working world. At the same time, they open up new insights, ways of thinking and many different perspectives for the company. For this reason, we offer interesting internships in all areas of the company throughout the year.
A typical internship can last between three and six months and could be based in any of the following teams: Multi Asset, Real Estate, Shipping, Risk Controlling, Human Resources, ESG Office, Portfolio Management, Global Technology and many more. In every case, you will quickly become a member of our team.

Our recruitment team will review your CV and if you meet our requirements, we will contact you to arrange an interview.
Interview
We will set up an onsite or video interview, where you get to know the department and introduce yourself and your CV to the company.
Offer
If you are successful, we will offer you a place on the internship and call you to talk through the details.

What is the application deadline?
We run off-cycle internships throughout the year, so each one will have its own application deadline.
Can I apply by email?
Unfortunately, we can only accept applications through our online recruitment system.
When will you be holding assessment centres?
We do not run assessment centres for our off-cycle internships, we focus on the interviews.
Do you support visas?
In general, we do not sponsor visas for internships - you will need full rights to work in the UK. Your university might support you with the visa application process though. You can check this with your university.
