The team’s primary roles are to distribute our best-in-class content to the wider investor community, and to commercialise the research department. With sales teams located in some of the world’s most important financial centres across Europe and the US, we have developed unique and valuable relationships with a wide range of investors, who appreciate our insight and the broader context we provide.

Our large pan-European trading team is located in Hamburg, London and other key European cities and trades a wide variety of stocks, from smaller UK companies to the largest European multinationals. In addition, we trade many other assets such as FX, fixed income and derivatives. Our equity trading activities are complemented and supported by a growing algorithmic trading team, which concentrates on precise order execution based on mathematical models.

Our two specialised teams look after UK and European listed corporates over a range of market caps and industries, advising the management teams, entrepreneurs, private equity owners or other shareholders on all issues related to equity markets and investors. We act for our retained and new clients on IPOs, capital increases, secondary sell-downs, equity-linked issues and M&A transactions. We have seniors who are responsible for the origination of new mandates and building client relationships. Our Corporate Finance experts support our teams in detailed financial analysis and modelling, pitches and Beauty Contests and our dedicated ECM Seniors and Professionals play a vital role in the active execution of transactions.
Our Global Syndicate team is helping the execution of equity and equity-linked transactions such as IPOs, rights issues, accelerated bookbuildings and convertible bonds, as well as investor marketing, bookbuilding and allocation. The professionals liaising with institutional investors and internal teams such as equity sales, research analysts and traders.
