Senior Roadshow Manager / Corporate Access Originator

Berenberg Capital Markets LLC (BCM) is looking to add a Corporate Access Originator to our two-person Corporate Access Team in North America to help with the facilitation of roadshows, which are multi-day road trips in which corporate management teams meet investors in different cities. This person will also be responsible for helping the Events Team with the facilitation of US-based conferences.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organize US and Canadian roadshows, both in person and virtual, for European-listed companies
• Take ownership of roadshow logistics end to end: communicating with the company, preparing target lists and launch emails, frequent updates, meeting invites, ground transportation, hotel booking, coordinating conference rooms, catering and managing any other ad hoc tasks
• Set up conference calls between investors and corporates and join virtual group meetings to take attendance and ensure all starts on time
• Collaborate and liaise with multiple teams, including but not limited to, the Research and Sales departments in the US and across our European offices
• After-hours support will be required on occasion - to assist in the event of a missed flight, bad weather, or any last-minute changes related to in-progress roadshows. This is a team effort and not the responsibility of one person
• Coordinate reverse roadshows for US/Canadian investors throughout Europe, as well as group field trips within the US

Qualifications:

• Bachelor‘s Degree required
• Series 7 and 63 preferred
• 3-5+ years of Corporate Access experience preferred, including heavy administrative support and/or travel coordination
• Highly organized with strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and a pro-active approach
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Able to work well under pressure while being adaptable and flexible
• Proficiency with MS Office suite; including Outlook

Salary will vary based on role, education, level of experience, and expertise ranging between $100,000 and $200,000 as a base salary with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus plus comprehensive benefits package.
